Preparation of your Texas Medicaid Nursing
Facility cost reports and / or Annual Staffing and Compensation reports
and /or Enrollment reports as required by HHSC, Rate Analysis Department.
Upon timely receipt of requested information, cost reports will be completed
prior to their due date. Each cost report will be completed in compliance
with HHSC, Rate Analysis Dept. specific instructions outlined in the HHSC
training manual: TAC rules 333.101 through TAC rules 355.111. This includes
proper use of approved allocation methods and identification of allowable
and unallowable costs. You will receive 2 copies of each facility's completed
cost report with supporting work-papers., including page 43 signed and
notarize by our certified preparers. This service also includes answering
any desk review questions as they relate to cost report preparation. All
cost reports will be next day overnight mailed to you. Expect Enrollment
Report in (2-days).
Our service includes: MEDICARE
Preparation of your SNF Medicare cost reports
as required by HCFA and your fiscal intermediary. Upon timely receipt
of requested information cost reports will be completed prior to their
due date. Each cost report will be completed in compliance with HCFA HIM-15
and PPS rules and regulations. You will receive 2 copies of each facility's
completed SNF Medicare cost report with supporting work-papers, along
with a diskette containing the electronic cost report for each facility
for submission to you fiscal intermediary. You will also receive a completed
HCFA-339 questionnaire. This service also includes answering any desk
review questions as they relate to cost report preparation. An invoice
will be sent to the contact person after all cost reports are completed.
